Meet Jenn

Jenn Flora | Operations Director

Jenn serves as Operations Director, bringing a strong background in business operations, organizational leadership, and process improvement. She earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, Stanislaus, and is committed to creating efficient systems that support both exceptional client service and organizational success. Jenn is passionate about fostering collaboration, streamlining operations, and implementing thoughtful solutions that help teams work more effectively. She believes that strong relationships, clear communication, and continuous improvement are the foundation of a thriving organization.

Born and raised in Turlock, Jenn is a proud Pitman High School graduate and is deeply connected to her local community. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her wife and their three cats—Bellatrix, Padfoot, and Tonks (Nugget). She also loves competing in Spartan Obstacle Races with her mom; together they've completed more than 10 races and thrive on the challenge. A lifelong Disney enthusiast, Jenn has visited Disneyland more times than she can count. She and her wife purchased annual passes as a honeymoon gift to each other and enjoy visiting as often as they can.
